What’s next for Legado in this key time of global co-creation and action:
We will kick off Legacy Planning alongside our new partner, Planet Indonesia, and the Indigenous and local stewards of Indonesian Borneo.
We are in conversation with a number of communities and organizations who are excited to join the Thriving Future journey—watch for more details in the coming months.
We will work to identify what partnership and program models allow Legado to provide the most support to local people leading change in their communities and landscapes. This will include comparing multiple approaches and collecting the data needed to make evidence-based decisions about our expansion.
